R&D Center
Our R&D Center employs 26 full-time researchers — 3 PhDs, 6 master's holders, 5 senior advisory experts, and 12 mid-to-senior engineers. Led by the General Manager and industry experts, the team focuses on independent innovation in environmental equipment and water treatment chemicals.
The Group's R&D team totals over 40, working with Guangxi University, Chongqing University, South-Central Minzu University, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Guilin University of Technology, and Guangxi Hualan Design Group on industry-academia-research collaboration to support its full-chain environmental services.
Talent Development
Talent is the Group's primary resource for environmental innovation. Huachuang has established a complete talent development system with fair, transparent selection and promotion mechanisms, backed by tiered, ongoing training in professional skills, project management, and R&D innovation — keeping employee capabilities aligned with core business needs in industrial wastewater, leachate treatment, and environmental equipment R&D.
The Company actively promotes cross-department technical exchange and industry-academia-research collaboration, breaking down job and business boundaries to build a collaborative, innovation-driven team culture. It continues to expand its pool of high-caliber R&D, engineering, and O&M talent, underpinning the sound development of the Group's full industry chain.
